Small Group Sessions

  • All of our sessions are 60 minutes long 
  • Our certified and experienced trainers will demonstrate all exercises and provide modifications for each exercise as needed
  • The goal for all of our classes is to rev up your metabolism and get your body moving 
  • Our approach to fitness will boost your heart rate to help you burn the optimal amount of calories during and after your workout 
  • You can expect to burn up to 500 calories in all sessions
