Hi, I’m Katie!

I am a new personal trainer with Iron Jox Fitness! I'm certified as a trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have a passion to help others reach their health and fitness goals.

Within the past 4 years, I have embarked on a personal health and exercise journey and lost nearly 60 lbs from my heaviest weight. In the past, I wasn’t exercising, eating well, or practicing the best habits. Since that time, I have learned so much about health and weight loss and I want to share that human experience with others.

I have run a total of four marathons between 2020 and 2022 including the 126th Boston Marathon in April of 2022! I have won awards from other various races (5k and 10k) and I also have a background and understanding of the benefits to all modes of fitness and exercise types including weight training, injury prevention, and stretching implementation. It's most important to just keep moving! I am incredibly excited to train at Iron Jox Fitness and would love to be a part of your health and fitness journey!

I'm looking forward to meeting new people and helping individuals reach their true potential.
